Executive Coaching: I offer Organisational Role Analysis and Consultation to executives from different businesses and sectors, to develop their leadership.
I also coach non-executives in improving their communication skills and fully playing their roles in complex organisations, i.e., European institutions and networks.
Organisational Development: I offer consultation to organisational change and design, strategy renewal and implementation, groups’ relations and dynamics, and governance processes in membership organisations in the Brussels’ arena.
Facilitation: I provide consultation to design and host events and meaningful conversations - strategic workshops, broad consultations, international gatherings, AGMs - with an enhanced inclusive and participatory leadership.
I also design and facilitate team building and retreats with a whole design intended to support the transition process between playful activities and participants’ back-home working reality.
