Before 2019
For 20 years Annalisa played management and executive roles in NGOs, associations, and a private-sector organisation. She coached many professionals, and built and led multicultural teams to achieve outstanding results, sometimes in challenging contexts of the Global South. She worked as an internal consultant to design and manage change, strategy and team development interventions.
For executive coaching, Annalisa’s clients reach out to her when:
Trying to make sense of what is happening in their organisations, they may feel anxious in the face of changing, challenging or stuck situations, and are curious and willing to consider new perspectives.
Looking for a coach with whom to go deeper, surface hidden and irrational factors, learn how to act more confidently in their roles, and become more capable of taking measured risks.
Feeling at an impasse in their definition of roles, repeating their ways of working and relating to supervisors and/or dependents, they want to improve their work relationships and performance to understand better their motivation, and to improve their outlook and career satisfaction.
Taking a new, more demanding role, often implying mentoring or supervising other people, they seek to improve their confidence by developing their leadership abilities and styles.
Facing challenging competition or recruitment processes, they want to succeed but worry that something might get in their way, wish to understand this anxiety, and eventually gain confidence and feel empowered.
Thinking of changing their job position within or outside their organisations, they want to aim well and develop their abilities and self-awareness to make good choices and move forward.
