Annalisa helps individuals, teams and organisations progress consciously through transitions, restructuring and transformations, build on opportunities and become more confident and effective through:

  • Team coaching

    Design and facilitation of team development processes, including team building and retreats intended to support the transition between creative and playful activities and back-home working realities, role development, recruitment, retention and appraisal processes.

  • Executive coaching

    Modules of 6 coaching sessions, 1h 15’ each, online or in-person, every 3 to 5 weeks.

    Separate taking-stock conversation to account for developments at the end of the module.

  • Organisational development

    Creation of spaces for reflection on emerging challenges to unlock group potential and enhance effectiveness on their primary tasks.

    Design and implementation of systemic interventions aimed at enhanced distributed leadership and inclusive management practices in co-crafting and managing organisational change.

    Support in knowledge management and learning processes with enhanced inclusivity and engagement.

    Support in participatory organisational design and change management processes.

  • Strategy development

    Design and implementation of strategy renewal and implementation processes, with focus on identity, mission and primary task, sense of belonging, and accountability.

    Support in governance processes and documents.

    Support in groups and stakeholders’ relations and dynamics, including dynamics at board level.

  • Conversations that matter

    Design and facilitation of extensive consultations with members and staff, using the World Café method and other participatory methods, listening deeply to the variety of voices in the organisational system, harvesting different perspectives, and making sense of them together in complex and changing environments.

  • Culture transformation that makes sense

    Collection of rich data and hosting of participatory processes that enable real change in organisations' culture. In collaboration with Augusto Cuginotti & the Culture Sprint project team. Depending on emerging needs and clients’ desire for change, Annalisa often proposes interventions that integrate these services. She prepares a specific proposal and a confidentiality note, based on what emerges in preliminary conversations with the client, or in their calls for consultancy services.
