About Me

is based in Brussels and works in-person and online

Annalisa has multi-disciplinary expertise in organisational consulting, development studies, and environmental science and water engineering. This experience provides her with a complex lens she uses to observe and accompany people in roles, organisational contexts and changing environments.

She brings knowledge in systems psychodynamic theory, group relations methodologies, socio-technical system theory, complexity theory, and their application to organisational consultancy.

She calls on a diverse range of experiences – in NGOs, CSOs and businesses – and offers the knowledge that comes from many years of making things happen, working with people in different contexts worldwide, and understanding how the world and issues look from varied and diverse perspectives. She offers an acknowledged practical wisdom and authentic worldliness.

Between 1999 and 2012, she worked in several countries of the Global South with long missions in Somalia and DPR Korea, and short missions in Cameroon, Chad, Libya, Tanzania, Senegal, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Sri Lanka, and PR China. She moved to Brussels in 2013 and has worked mostly with membership organisations in the Brussels arena since then, always with a strong interest in understanding our interconnected world and striving for global solidarity.
