Moving from an engineering, and humanitarian and development background to organisational consultancy and coaching has been on the one hand a natural process to me; on the other hand, it has required a resilient investment and commitment in learning and practising over the last 15 years.
Passion and skills for analysis and listening to symbolic communication have been my common threads in this journey that made me familiar with the challenges of unlearning, deeply understanding and learning in an experience-based reflective way.
