my approach

I help my clients live with and within the multi-faced complexity of their organisational life and develop their abilities to build new maps to navigate through it: decodify changing situations, surface and deal with hidden factors, activate reflections and connections on emerging elements and threads.

I help them have less fear to try, more curiosity to notice, more tolerance for different opinions that might shed light on invisible parts of the system, thus their leadership and management approaches become more effective.

People

People are always my primary focus: to help people develop, flourish and work with others with a group mentality, is to me a fundamental source of motivation, energy and satisfaction in life.

I trust people’s capacity to overcome hindrances to the full exploitation of their skills and vocations. I relish leading people and groups in their potential and role discovery, without them almost realising me doing so.

I’m deeply interested in why and how people work together, and what they can achieve when their communication and understanding is opened up, their interactions become more fluid, and their conversations more meaningful.

Values

Commitment, deep reflection, empowerment, and inclusivity are crucial values to me.

Empathy and sensitivity drive me. I create favourable environments that enable people, groups and organisations to become more self-aware and capable of learning. I can easily guide them back on their tasks’ track, being compassionate and a practitioner in dealing with uncomfortable group dynamics.

I can effectively contain anxieties, so that my clients are more free to explore and exploit their possibilities and new perspectives.

Change

Change processes, at any level, their analysis and development, deeply motivate me.

I believe in the role women can play as drivers of sustainable change when they achieve confidence in the power of their voices. I really enjoy when this happens and devote myself to create the conditions for this to happen.

I can adapt and remain engaged to work in changing situations with different kind of client organisations, being close enough to their mission, however keeping a distant enough perspective when I observe and decode the organisational dynamics.

We define coaching with compassion as helping others in their intentional change process (i.e., achieving their dreams or aspirations or changing the way they think, feel, and act)
